I received the BMW version. Confirmed same physical size and attachment orientation. Also confirmed filter. I'll install it this weekend.
PN's and acquisition as in post 5 and 17, as well as Rockauto if you use the BMW PN 32416851218. Note the angle of the inlet/outlet connectors.
Weird, though: the day after I got the OEM ZF version for $18 from FCP, the price there when up to $60. Who knows? Anyway, lots of places to get it.
