I have a 2014 XKR, and I'd like to know for sure whether the radio is Sirius or SiriusXM? There are apparently different packages and channel lineups for each.

The Jaguar USA page says "Sirius radio". I don't know if that definitely rules out SiriusXM and having the XM channels?

They are the same company now so I believe you can get all the programming of both through SiriusXM the rub was for a while "their systems did not talk to each other" so as we went through different cars which had competing systems, you would have to pay for service with XM or Sirius depending on which brand your vehicle was through.


Good luck and since your car is new or new to you, you should get three months of free service. Just ask for it when you contact them. I think you can call 855 420 4695 and request the free trial.
