After a pretty successful revitalization of my front splitter I'm moving onto the rear diffuser. The clear coat is pealing and yellowing along the top edge and above the exhaust tips. To best do the job i need to remove it.
2013 XKRS
As always, it looked like an easy enough job.
The 5-6 plastic fasteners on the underside have been removed and I've drilled out the 4 rivets. All that is left in theory is to pull the diffuser aft , separating from the 4 tabs that secure it. I can get a long screw driver up there and "deflect" the tabs yet it wont release.
Problem is, it seems to be glued on also! WTH! seriously jaguar...why?
is this correct or am i missing some other trick up there?
