Default Rear sensor part number

The local garage (Not a jag dealer) wants 235 pounds to replace a faulty rear parking sensor on my 2007 XK 4.2 coupe.
I think this is a little steep. So want to replace it myself.
How do I find the correct part number for this item.

Welcome to the forums. Your car is a X150, so if you post there someone may have that information.

You can go to WWW>SNGBARRATT.COM and download there free catalog for the XK. They show part # C2P20587 for the front and rear sensor at just a little over $108.00 US dollars.

Welcome to the forum Weeko,

I've moved your question from XK8/XKR (X100) to XK/XKR (X150) forum. This is the place to post technical questions about your model.

Please follow this link New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum and post some information about yourself and your vehicle for all members to see. The parking sensors are a common Ford part used on FORD FIESTA MK6 / FOCUS MK3 / KUGA / MONDEO MK4 and on Volvo XC70. Part was made for Ford by suppliers with these part #'s VALEO PART 9G92-15K859-AB, BOSCH: 0263009525 / 0263009525. Try your luck sourcing it elsewhere for less. Jag number is any of these JDE28658 / JDE9077 / C2P20705.

I have a front sensor out on my 2011. The Jag dealer wants $1655 to replace it. Said they had to take off the front bumper. I'm waiting for him to contact me to set up an appointment. I tried calling today but just got a recording. Hard to imagine a Jag dealer is operating this way. Good luck with yours.

Any good body shop will do the work for a fraction of that.
