Seat Calibration

I saw a post here a while ago about seat calibration with Foxwell NT530. Can someone please help me with the proper steps to do it?

just follow the instructions but your car must be running

Tried that. No luck. Tried wiping codes first, still no luck. Been having trouble with this scanner since I received it. Returning it today.

for me worked easy and I am not a tech guy. Hopefully its just the device.

I purchased a Soloscan device and was able to calibrate my seats 07 Xkr.

I used the Autel, but like @Canadacat said, you hafta start the car and leave it running. See my post here:

Years ago the adjustment on the passenger seat had stopped working. The dealer wanted to replace it. I did my research and found the information about reprogramming the seat. I informed the dealer, they researched it and reprogrammed the seat. It has worked perfect ever since. I didn't realize it could be done from a code reader.
