Default Space Saver Wheel & Toolkit Has Arrived

Fits in the compartment easily. I just need to wait for the 7mm spacer to arrive from the states so it'll fit over the rear break callipers and we're good to go, hence the tin of tireweld untill it arrives

There should have been a hold-down on the assembly! It goes in the center and keeps the whole lump from moving around.

That foam contains the tow hook and the locking wheel nut.

yup I know. I’ll need to sort something out. I like the idea of it being offset though. Means I can squeeze something else in there. Torch, handy tools etc.

The short steel crossbar threads into something on the boot floor, and goes through a bar that goes across the hub hole to hold the wheel down securely.

I know that I do not need a spacer front or rear on XKR-S but I think spacer is needed with Alcon brakes.

I did this mod myself as well. I like having a spare tire....
