Start Button Slow Response Time

Start Button Slow Response Time
Does anyone have the text for SSM39982 "Start Button Slow Response Time" and SSM31744 "XK Revised Start / Stop Switch"?
My 2007 XKR occasionally does not respond to pressing on the Start swithc. But I am really tired of calling the Jaguar dealer and having him tell me to either drive 2 hours and drop the car off, or go to Topix and pay a subscription to find info about the car that I already paid Jaguar and they already know what the problems are!

Try pressing the start button BEFORE you step on the brake pedal.
If you inadvertently pump the brake pedal before you press the start button, your brake pedal will be high and might not make contact the starter interlock switch, in which case you would need to really stand on the brake pedal when pressing the start button.

So what do you want Jaguar or your dealer to do???
You wouldn't be able to fix it anyway, so my guess is go to the dealership and have them fix it. I know it's 2 hrs away, but what are your options. Topix isn't going to help you fix the car.
