I have my cell phone connected to the car, but when I receive incoming calls, it blocks me from answering back...I hear the caller, but they can't hear me. When I try to answer on the cellphone itself, the system overrides it and they still can't hear me. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

 

Type and Year of car?
Type of phone? If you're having problems, probably any iphone. They are notoriously bad at hooking up to Jags.

 

If you have an Iphone, trade it in for and Android phone. my Galaxy S6 Edge works just fine. Jaguar XKs and Iphones do not get along.

Androids work better with everything, in every way. People like to be able to say "my iphone" though, makes them feel better somehow. I'd think it'd be embarrassing.

 

The one thing that Apple is amazingly good at is marketing.
