Default Tired XKR Convertible Not A Lemon - Official

While I was paying an arm and several legs to have an independent Jag specialist sort out my smart keys I had them do an inspection.

The management summary for which was: "you've got a good one there, mate". Basically, he couldn't find one thing to do to the car. He put the broken front splitter on the report along with the age of the front tyres because he didn't want the report to be blank. He told me he was "almost shocked" as he'd seen so many XKs of lower mileage needing lots of work. Of course, there's still a long list of service, maintenance and cosmetic stuff to worry about but apparently my gut feeling when I looked at the car before I bought it was right. Thank God.

Lucky you!
Hope I'll hear the same when I'll bring mine for deep inspection in the next weeks.

To me for now, troubles are on the cosmetic side with a stupid back parking sensor gone inside the bumper, and leather that has been esthetically cared about but not with durability in mind...
