Default Using Spacers To Fit 2012 XKR/S Wheels TO XK150

As the title suggests I'm looking into buying some spacers which will enable me to fit 2012 style wheels onto my 2007.

Has anyone on here done this before?

I've heard conflicting reports on safety etc ...

Any advice appreciated!

If your thinking about spacers, why not consider adapters instead?
$300 gets you off the limited 5x108 rims and back to the common world of 5x114's!

food for thought?

Unless the wheel offset and spacer cancel each other out, you would be changing the "scrub radius". Anytime that happens, there is an effect on vehicle dynamics and durability. Usually negative.
