I like the thinking, but no golf is one expensive hobby I haven’t taken up. I enjoy the occasional round every 5-10 years, I just make sure it’s with friends who don’t mind my ineptitude, and know what they are getting into. I also haven’t tried swinging a club since I had my right ankle fused last year, so that could be interesting. I should still be able to shift my weight, and bend everything above the ankle, but the balance may be off. I’ll have to give it a try sometime, just because I’m curious, probably start out with the wiffle style practice ***** in the back yard.

I have a fused ankle as well. My golf is as bad as it ever was pre-fusion, so I think you will be fine.
Leaving the Queen's English car show today. Best plate I saw. This passes both the "9 out of 10" Test and the "Ooh, that's a good one!" Test.
What I like is that it tells something about the car, answering a question people probably ask (how's it run? or the like) in a lighthearted way. I had a 65 Dodge Dart once, and I wanted to get ITSA 65 (which was the question everyone asked), but it was taken.
I like that plate! Most people like a self-deprecating plate like that as it's relatively inoffensive and people who don't take themselves too seriously usually are fun.
I lucked out on my plates when I went to register my "new to me" 2010 last month. In Idaho the personalized plates are searched and purchased on-line. Before going to the DMV I ran a quick search on "Jaguar" and it said available. I thought , no D@mn way?!?! So, while I was at the DMV I asked the gal, can you check on this plate for me. I said, I just can't believe in the entire State of Idaho this isn't taken. She replied...yeah, that is very odd. So she quickly looked it up and said, well somebody has had it, but it's lapsed. So, hurry and go apply!" I smiled and said, Yes Ma'am and dashed out the door. Got back on the computer and snatched it up!
Well it finally got here. I got the registration a few weeks ago, so I knew I got it, but it was still nice to get the actual plates.
I know it's not for everyone's tastes, but I like it. It feels like a vanity plate should. Coincidently a few weeks ago, and that was a few weeks after I submitted for this, I thought of a better plate. "TEA 4 2" I liked the double meaning with the 4.2L engine.
Now back to your regular scheduled X150 scheduled fun.
IM2SLO is better than being H4F4ST or HAFAST or 1/2 AST
Remember Anthony Weiner? He was released from prison today (really) and is a registered sex offender. Upon his release, he was assigned this special permanent New York license plate. DV8
