Plate looks great and I like the Jaguar badge on that 2007 Coupe.

You should consider a "photoshoot" of the car and post some photos.

Richzak - is that leaper on the back a difficult install? I'm usually a purist and leave cars as-is (my 2010 doesn't come with one either), but I really like the look of that.

My 2010 is Claret on caramel, hence her name, Ruby. Ruby also lacked the leaper, which my son provided to me. Flits with double sided tape, been the for a few years...no problem. It fills the spot nicely.

like your color!

I put one on my 2010. My wife said it just didn't look right without it

I bought it from eBay last year but I just went to look and the seller does not have any listed. It's easy to install. The instructions said it would bend slightly to help match the boot contour and it did. Took a few tries to match but it wasn't hard to do. Make sure you line it up correctly (I outlined the top and sides with blue painters tape) because that 3M tape does NOT come off once it's on.

It was listed as such on eBay, maybe they will come up again soon:
JAGUAR "NEW IMPROVED" F XF XJ XJL XK TRUNK BOOT LEAPER BADGE EMBLEM LOGO SYMBOL

I am a huge fan of the Outlander books and now show on Starz and love me some good scotch. I was thinking about Sassenach or Slainte for my plate. It would have to be shortened of course.
Sassenach means outsider, or Englishman.

SASNACH
SSENACH
SLAINTE - not available so
5LAINTE
SL4INTE

I will apologize the to Ford guy above, but I was also thinking NOTFORD.

Mine are on order. Should be here soon.

AJAG4ME

I was very surprised it was available, especially in a large state like California.
I have a black car, so I ordered the retro black and yellow plates.

Never liked the idea - makes the plate too easy to remember if someone takes exception to the way I drive...

I got JAG XKR on my 2011 now. Transferred it off of my 2004 when I thought I was going to sell it. Just in case some troglodyte needs to know since I removed the XK and the R from the rear.

My vanity plates are mostly hanging in the garage or wine cellar later on.

In MA, if you get a 1000 orders, they'll put a logo in the left hand side of the plate. If we could get a 1000 Jaguar owners in MA on board, we could have the growler or leaper on the plate!

While it doesn't deal with the AMG issue, my brother in Wisconsin has a 1964 Chevy SS with what I think is a great plate: STILL 16
