Water leaking into the passenger side of Jaguar XK 2007

Do some thread searches here and you'll find many discussions solutions to the "duck bill" blockage problem. I used an old gas grill rotisari spit shaft bending it with a bench vise and hammer such that I was able to attach a small box cutter blade on the end. I fished it into the drain hole, just above the transmission bell about 4 inches from the rear of the firewall. A few swiping motions and it cut right off and then came the water fall. Note thought that I also invested in a cheap bore scope (flex) camera so I could id everything first.
Again though, there are many threads on it and I think one even gave dimensions on how to make a cut off tool.
