Can someone tell me what the color is of the car in this review? From some of the angles, I thought it was indigo, but it looks more like some kind of dark teal green metallic.

Ok. I did some research and I think it must be Emerald Metallic. What a beautiful color!

Of course, they don't make it anymore. :-(

 

If it's Emerald Fire I think Jaguar in Edmonton, Alberta has a 2010 XKR convertible on caramel interior, beige soft top and 20" wheels with less than 500 miles on it. They used it for promotional purposes and it's never been registered. I almost flew out to get it last fall but found a local car at the last moment.

Bruce - do you know if anything is done differently with the XKR's sold in Canada?

We bought a 1998 XJL VDP from a dealer in Vancouver (in 1999). They changed out the speedo for us (to MPH) and met us in Seattle with the car. We drove it across country on a little vacation. One thing was that the headlights could not be turned off - they stayed on at all times, and we were told this was Canadian law.
