OK, for context if needed- I have the supercharger off and am replacing the coupler w a solid one, (grease bearings?) Pass side Driver side
I’ve replaced the lower crank pulley (Mina) and have changed the plastic coolant pipes to all metal, new valley hose, as well as Replaced the water pump, (Aisin) the thermostat housing to metal and I’m going to change the supercharger oil, the spark plugs, (see earlier post on ruthenium plug question g do a coolant flush, and I’ve changed the oil. I’m adding a paramount (viezu) upgraded charge cooler and an additional aux fan and a zzp aux pump. X pipe w center resonated delete, and went to 2.5” exhaust with a Mina fresh air intake
question- do I need to do anything to the tensioner pulleys? Change any of them to metal from plastic or grooved?
Anything else that I can be proactive on?
As a sidenote, I have installed 20 mm H&R spacers on the rear and am doing H&R lowering springs 1.3 inches and eventually I’ll be changing out all of the suspension bushings to powerflex.
see pic? Do shock mount cushions need changed? Anything else?
also on the supercharger there was no IAT- No IAT… just had a plug- with the IAT be located someplace else? Says FoMoCo? Ported and polished
I luv the fact you're having fun.
All those engine improvements... and then you put on spacers. Oh well.
The resonator delete is a common theme. I had mine off, then put it back.
As for the bushings, to each his own. I prefer the drive of a GT. Though yes, while you're in there change the "isolator".
Not convinced the tensioner "needs" to be changed. And yes, Eaton provides bearing grease.

Incidentally, nice job on the intake ;-)
thanks. And yes I am aware of the “controversy” of spacers and lowering springs!
