Default Whining sound from wind when braking. Anybody ideas?

I drive a 2010 Jaguar XK convertible and...

> Whenever I brake from driving slow I hear the wind whining down in a howling/whistling sound. This sound happens when roughly slowing down at 30km to standing still.

> Also when I hear turn up the fan of the AC very high I hear wind whining.

> Sounds seems to be coming from my back left on the drivers side.

> When I open the window ever so slightly it's gone.

Seems like air pressure or venting problem but the garage can't find it. Ideas would be much appreciated as it's getting on my nerves . Thank you.

When first reading this thread heading, I thought it said, "Whining sound from breaking wind" and figured the technique had to be all wrong.
