Not even close. Not even with a torch and welder.

Beat me to it! Would require a front end update/conversion which's complex and costly.

Why?
I only ask as I just installed a new set of headlights in my 07 XKR. What's the upgrade?

The headlights were part of the 2012 facelift and completely redesigned inside and out.

Plus totally different shape ! You would need (2012+) fenders, front bar and bonnet to make them fit

You've heard wrong most eBay sellers have no idea when it comes to listings for our jags and 9 times out of 10 were doing the double checking when it comes to whether its the correct part for our car ..nevertheless take a look at pre and post 2012

like I said i won't sure. But if he do go about changing it out for a more updated better look,i would change the bumpers and fenders off 1st just for knowing for sure they won't fit and then let the hood be the last resort just to see if the lights will actually fit or not cause that thing super expensive lol

The wings and bumpers are definitely different but although there are two bonnets listed in the parts manual one supersedes the other so they do look to be identical.

The bonnet does not need to be changed, but the headlamp washer system does, along with mounting hardware, harnesses and adapter boxes for the headlamp electrics, etc. It can be done but it's a very expensive and somewhat involved conversion, it's not plug and play. There are other members here who've done it.
