How strange! I have never had an issue with my Invery. I used it first in my 2012 Range Rover and now use it in my XK 4.2 2008 with no issues with either. It is strange that there is a problem with one channel intermittently.
I think the Invery is meant to be more reliable in connection than the Bovee. I remember googling them when I originally got mine. And cheaper
