Welcome to the forum crusader7,

Although you don't mention it in your post, your profile is showing XK-R 2003. If so, this is the wrong model forum.

Please follow this link New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum and post some info about yourself and your vehicle for all members to see. Try the reset process, on my old xkr you had to close the door , hold the down window button till the window went full down and hold for 10 secs, then up full and hold for 10 secs, do this twice and see will it work. had to do this when i replaced the battery.
