Angry XK transmission leak

I own a 2007 XK which developed a little seeping around the lower pan 2 year ago. I replaced the pan oil etc and still leaked. This past winters cold the oil leaked out in a large puddle. I took it to a garage the specializes in older cars. They replaced the oil pan/oil etc and it’s leaking again. Is there another seal that I’m missing?

The sump has a gasget or seal to the engine block . The sump also has a drain bolt with a washer/seal . There is a fill plug just above the sump on the side of the gearbox, part hidden and obscured on the XK by the exhaust. There is also a seal on the electrical connector to the box . A bit higher up the gearbox.

Can you smell the oil as gearbox oil . It does have a distinctive smell.

I have exactly this same leak on the transmission pan. It started 2 years ago in the winter.

History:
1. 4 years ago in the summer I replaced the transmission pan/filter combo and gasket as my "07 XK was approaching 50,000 miles. Service was done exactly as the Service Manual specifies. All good, no leaks. Ran perfectly all summer.
2. Around November the car was placed in my garage for the winter (New Hampshire, USA) which is heated to 45 deg F all winter.
3. Around February a small amount of transmission fluid started to appear on the floor, maybe an ounce.
4. Springtime and the car comes out of the garage and I notice 2 bolts on the transmission pan have oil on them the rest are clean. I figure I torqued the transmission bolts incorrectly and replace the pan/filter and gasket with a new combination.
5. All is good the entire Spring, Summer, Fall time frame, no leaks.
6. Last year, winter the XK goes back in the garage just as before and in February I see the oil droppings again.

Big mystery at this point. Any suggestions would be helpful. I don't want to take it to the Jaguar dealer. They are very good for Land Rover and I have bought 2 DEFENDERs from them over the years. They were a Jaguar dealer until Jaguar went 100% electric and basically folded shop in the States.

My "01 had that leak. It was the main seal between engine and transmission. No small problem for me.
