It is centered in its lane, then swerves to the right, possibly as a reaction of the Jaguar coming up from behind and trying to give it room.
The Jaguar was braking up until it turned left, then brakes were not re-applied after it hit the van.

The van was driving not parked, re-watch.

How do you place any blame on anyone other than the two idiots who were street racing. Both made (or attempted to make) unsafe lane changes across a solid white line much too close to an intersection. And both were at fault for this collision. (Which was not an "accident".) Technically if this happened in North America, the vehicle on the right would have had the "right-of-way", but the vehicle on the left squirted in ahead of it leaving the driver on the right three options. 1.) Continue his lane change and hit the other street racing idiot; 2.) Brake hard and perhaps stop before hitting the van; 3.) Brake and release and steer in behind the other idiot.

A case of more velocity than control.
Unfortunately I sort of expect that both parties came out little wiser.
Just a caper, repeat again. Maybe die that time.

What ridiculous driving in a built up area. They don't deserve an xkr.
I'm constantly amazed by those who don't realize they do not own the road and they need to stick to the rules: only pass in the passing lane, slower traffic stick to the slow lane, and use turn signals, then check the blind spot, then make the maneuver...
Shall I go on.
Sadly, as many are unable to fess up when they mess up I can only assume in some alternate universe blame was somehow passed on to some other scapegoat.
