Default XKR-S Spoiler

I want to upgrade my spoiler to the one that comes on the XKR-S, XKR-175 & XKR-75. However my car is a 2007 and the accessory guide says that the spoiler can only be used on the 2010. I highly doubt that Jaguar has change the hatch lid from one year to the next.

Will the spoiler fit my car? Will I suffer any adverse effects to my suspension.

Also Mina Gallery offers the same spoiler constructed of fiberglass for less than half of the price of the factory's which is made out of poly urethane. Is poly better than fiber?

HI,
In my opinion Polyurethane is much better than fiber glass especially i cold climate. Fiberglass is much more fragile..... and totally different in terms of painting and priming. Have you tried ebay? or local dealer...
I am no pro so this is just my poin of view .

The hatch lid is the exact same from 2007-2011. You shouldn't have any issue with the XKR-S type spoiler.

I decided to go with the factory poly urethane spoiler over the Mina Gallery fiberglass spoiler. It came in yesterday and my auto body guy is going to paint and install it on Tuesday. I can't wait!
