I purchased a used 2013 XKR-S a couple of months ago and just noticed that the exterior vents and mirror covers are carbon fiber. The badge is also missing off the back, the interior trim is carbon fiber and the steering wheel is suede-wrapped. The components are all OEM and the car shipped that way from the factory. The dealer that sold it said that it the car was custom-ordered and used by Jag as a show car briefly, but I thought that these were all offered with no options. It did just occur to me-I haven't seen another XKR-S so equipped and thought I'd ask the forum for thoughts:
The one referenced above is a super-nice XKR. I was under the impression that the XKR-S was not customizable and shipped without options. It appears I was wrong, as, per the link above, my car had about $8k worth of options. Including a $900 suede-wrapped steering wheel. All that and no sunroof

There was a X150 that was in one of the threads around here that had a sunroof. It was clearly aftermarket, and really didn't look that good, but it can be done.

Not that heavily optioned, 14/15 XKR's all IRRC have the same Dynamic R spec and know this listing is slightly misleading as it mentions 'cooled seats' twice and the 'Performance Seats' don't have the option of cooling/ventilation.
Mine doesn't have ACC either but, since I know I can drive more economically without cruise (in any car I've ever driven) I won't miss it, I have ACC in my Toyota and it's a PITA as sometimes you feel your going backwards! That said that there's nowhere in the UK you can drive that's further than 875 miles...unlike you guys stateside where that wouldn't take you halfway across some states. Also that in the US you have 121m cars on your roads, we have 32m in the UK, so roughly a quarter the number in an area that's almost a 3rd that of Texas. But our population size is roughly a 5th that of the US.
So despite the impressive garages I've seen listed on this forum our car ownership % is ahead of our American cousins by quite some margin
OK mine had 4 x the mileage of the US MY referenced one, but I paid less than 42k of your $USD for it (as the trade seller had it listed as a 'normal' XKR) I was extremely happy!
