I just bought a 1959 Jaguar XK150se with a factory 3.8 2 carbs

Its a project but numbers matching, has some rust, body is straight.

I had no idea 3.8 was an option that year, I thought 3.4 were the only engines.

Does anyone know the production numbers of this car?

The 3.8 S came available in Oct 1959 and was made up to early 1961 when the E-type came into production. It is a rare car nowadays.
