Righio simple straight forward question I hope. I need to know the location of the starter motor relay and starter motor solenoid please. Any pictures would be greatly appreciated.

The electrical guide has ALL the relay locations in the FRONT MATTERS section of the guide.
Gus will have ALL you need on his site. (jagrepair.com)

 

Thank you very much,very technical schematics are a bit too complicated for me. Just need locations of those 2 components.

Relay position it says is"The starter relay EM50 brown RH enclosure relays". Still not sure where this is?

 

First if its RHD then the solenoid and motor are in one piece as its a pre engaged starter ,,the relay is in the under bonnet box,
To get it off you need to remove the steering rack and the RH steering arm then use the right tools ..the max126mm socket and bar from the front.
Took me about 8 hrs..its the worst job you can get.
