Default 03 XKR Timing Chain Tensioner surprise

So, there I was worrying about my tensioners and figured why not now to replace them. With this much time on the clock and just under 50k miles I didn't know what to expect. Here's a short post to let you know what I found and ask a couple questions.

Here she is about to get torn apart.

I thought there were 2 bolts holding the intake on.

Question#1 what does this connector go to?

Coil pack cover removed.

Didn't want to mix them up so grabbed some paint and made it easy for me.

Question #2 Did I miss something? I don't remember anyone saying the cam cover had to come off in order to get the 3rd coil pack out.

Cam cover removed and it looks a lot cleaner than I thought.

Oh snap, I already have the updated secondary tensioners, WOOHOO.

I do believe I also have the updated primary and guides as well.

Thanks for all the info, you guys helped a lot.

Don't all 2003 model V8s have updated design (metal) tensioners straight from the factory?
