Hi again everyone! Yet another fun problem.

When I bought this car a couple weeks ago it had Pirellis on the front that had great tread on the outside but were down to the cord inside. I just put set of good condition used Michelins on it and took it in for alignment so it wouldn't chew these up also. The Toe was way off and he was able to get it in spec and said it shouldn't chew up the tires anymore. However though the caster was in spec on the Left Front at 6.3 the Right Front is 5.4 which is causing a slight pull. He said it is not adjustable. Car has a clean Carfax and no visible signs of accident damage or repair. What is likely to be the culprit here?

Dave, here is a good read on the subject and you might want to print it out and take it to your shop. Go down about four or five comments and you will get you solution.

When I searched the forum earlier I did find mention of the wishbone shims but just like with the guy in the thread you posted I figured that even if you moved all the shims to one side it still wouldn't be enough to get it in spec.
