It seems that all of the 2000 XK8s I have seen with 18" wheels also have the navigation in dash... I assume that this was an original option package which included both upgrades. Does anybody an old window sticker showing this package and what it included and cost as an upgrade??

 

I don't remember if you could get 18" wheels on a 2000. They may be the cars were upgraded.

 

I do think there were optional 18" OEM wheels for XK8. So far, I have seen about ten or twelve 2000 XK8s with the same style 18" wheels---and navigation... So, it may have been a package..

 

My car (2000 XK8) as the sport package which included the staggered 18" fluted wheels and it does not have navigation. It is optioned exactly like I would have ordered it. Premium sound, winter package, rain sensing wipers, auto headlights, classic leather.

 

Same here. I prefer the guages over the nav.

 

Yes, those are the same style wheels on the cars I am asking about... A bunch must have been optioned with 18" wheels and navigation or there might have been an option package which gave both--and maybe some other options??

 

As far as I can tell, the only options my car does not have is the navigation, and power fold mirrors.

 

Can't be certain for your side of the pond but over here the Nav and 18" Flutes were both options for 8s not part of a package. By 1998 Rs came with D5 18" as standard but 8s remained with 17" until at least 2002.
