2001 jaguar xkr convertible

i have a xkr in my struts just gave out why i was driving. the whole front end sitting on the tires. they are electric struts. is there anything i need to look at before purchasing some more struts

strut mounts

I found that my strut mounts, etc., were really bad the other day and now have my Jag in for fixing.

If DIY you may find deals this way, too: jaguar xk strut | eBay
