When it goes fully down, if i hit the passengers UP button I hear the click but thats it, it doesnt go up....if I try it a few minutes later it may or may not go up (I always hear the click...I reset the window stops too (up and down) to no avail...ideas??

The window dropping when driving might be another issue not related to the battery. The door latch has several switches and the mechanism is often overlooked and never lubricated. Take a little WD-40 and spray it into the latch area and be sure not to overdo it and work the door several times. Give it a day or two before you replace the battery.

Battery problem!

The window lift circuit is a 30A fused circuit that is dragging the battery voltage down below the appx 10v minimum of the electronics.

The battery voltage could be a symptom of corroded high current connections of failed/failing alternator diodes.

Swap the door control module with the driver’s side to see if it is the problem or one of the switches in the door latch mechanism. Link http://jagrepair.com/images/AutoRepa.../jagxk1999.pdf page 20 the same on your 2003
