Default 2001 Jaguar XKR Suspension

I recently bought a Beautiful 2001 Jaguar XKR convertible and I need front Strut kit! Apparently they are hard to find! The one I have has the electronic suspension on it. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Why ? Whats the problem ? Are the shocks off centre ? Is the ride height low? Is it spring fatigue ?
More information. Mine only needed a circle of kitchen cutting board fitted.

Unless your shocks are actually leaking you probably just need to replace the upper shock mounts. Do a search to decide whether you want to DIY or take it to a shop. Do not go to a dealer.

X100 cars do not have front struts.

Dammit I need closure on this anecdote lol. What's up with your car?

Im right in the middle of doing my front upper and lower shock mounts and changing my swaybar endlinks. Pulled the shocks today, having a shop press in the lowers and do the uppers (I hate spring compressors, Ill pay $150 to keep my fingers) and should be getting them back in tomorrow. Im using the upgraded uppers built by @cjd777 . My passenger side one was especially worn and collapsed on one side, so hoping this will even out my suspension and eliminate a nasty vibration Im getting at 75mph. lower mounts are a bit of a state too.

All other bushings apart from the endlinks are in good condition. 44k miles, 2002 XKR. REsisting doing all the bushings cos I hate separating ball joints/tie rod ends and they look OK.

I had to replace one of the front coil springs on my 2001 XKR last month. SNG Barratt has them (JLM20706) for £335/pair.

You really should do your upper control arm bushings as long as you are in there.
