These are normal, store bought CDs, not ones you burned at home are they? even in wav format, our older systems only play the 'real' CDs. it's also not unheard of that the older CD changers will go bad from time to time. i have heard of few doing that. Besides doing a 'cleaning' in the changer... it may be ka-put!

Good, that clarifies that, i would try a cleaning first...then go looking for a salvage/pre-owned unit if no improvement.
