2001 XK8 Premium Sound Amplifier Inputs
If I replace the factory head unit with an aftermarket radio with RCA output jacks, is it possible to connect to the lines circled above to connect the aftermarket output to the factory power amp inputs? If so, can anyone identify which line drives which speaker?
Many thanks.

That is the Alpine ainet connection. It has analogue left and right audio, plus a digital control bus. Left and right audio are yellow and blue, but without the control signals from the head unit I doubt if you can get the amp to work.
You are better off replacing everything, or keep the existing stereo and wire up an aux in/Bluetooth connection so you can stream from your phone.
If you search the forum you will find various options to do this.

PJ, don't forget that the factory amp has active crossovers built in. While the POS "super tweeter" in the sail has a capacitor in series creating a passive high pass filter, you may need high pass filters for the speaker in the dash.
FWIW, the "squawker" (as Jaguar calls it) in the dash and the super tweeter are wired in parallel.
would you miss a low pass filter to the door? I'll leave that answer to those who have done this before.
PJ, as you plan this out, I can share something you might like. The speaker in the sail is a POS. I replaced mine by taking the midrange/ tweeter pod out of a pair of Infinity 6x9 car speakers- wow. HUGE difference in sound and imaging. The pod has it's own crossover built in, none for that capacitor in line from the factory.
