Default 2002 LED tail light modification

I just finished adding my LED rings to my high beams on my 2002 XK8 and I LOVE the way it looks! They show up really well on a cloudy day but are hard to see if it's sunny. But at night, FIERCE!!! One of the best things to modernize the car without looking odd. I think on the newer lights with the blacked interior, they'd show up on a sunny day. The chrome interior reflects the sun and washes out the rings. I'm going to add a set to the low beams as well!
My question is if the tail lights come apart as easily as the headlights. I REALLY want to add the rings to my brake lights since the jewel assembly is made up of circles as well. The rings come in many sizes and I'd like to have them wired to the driving lights and let the factory bulb be the brake light. Also wondering if the bulb warning light on dash will come on if I re wire the parking lights to the rings, assuming I can take apart. I believe they make a resistor to add.
Any help would be great!!

Be glad to tomorrow when I pick it up from the shop. Had the ac fixed and new brakes and rotors. That's why I did the lights. I had the rings for weeks but didn't want to take off wheels and well liners to get at bolt! Had them take out lights, I installed the rings and they put them back in. Got to see it for 10 mins with rings lit!! Killed me to leave it over the weekend!!
When I was walking out of shop, that's when I noticed the round recesses in tail lights. Begging for led rings!!!!

Normally I am not a fan of the LED rings, but it does look pretty good against the blue (perfect color by the way) and I like it better than I thought I would. Does modernize it a bit.

Good job!

I think I used the 100mm rings. I'll check my purchase history and see if I can find them. (Ebay) I used two part epoxy clay to attach from the back of the ring.
As for the tail lights, I may be out of luck. I removed one an looked to see if I could take off the red lense to get to the chrome tunnels but short of cutting the lense and gluing back, I don't think I'll be able to. Although the chrome trim ring on the jewel lights would cover the cut perfectly.
One other thing, I notice since I added the rings, I now have moisture in the lights. I did before but finally got it out. This time it's much more. I used a hair dryer to blow it out but I think it's coming back. (I removed the parking light for it to escape.) I made sure to seal the light back as before but maybe I didn't get the seal perfect. Ugh!!
