2003 XK8 Power Seat Module

Standard answer is that you can confirm the diagnostic by swapping driver side and passenger side modules to identify the bad one. They are near un-affordable if at all available from Jaguar, but can be repaired fairly easily. The circuit board rubs on the hard plastic shell and breaks the tracks on the outside edge. These tracks need to be repaired or replaced with soldered wires end-to-end. The name "Darrell Turner" comes up as a trusted repair person many have used over time. Search is your friend. Other option is to find a used module, but depending on the specifics, that module may have to be paired to the car using the factory software for recognition and proper operation, which raises the cost.
Best of luck, keep us posted.
