Got my car back from Hartford ct Jaguar dealer, I brought it in for an alignment. They straightened out my wheel and got the toe in/out, but then had problems with their machine to finish the camber and castor. They worked on it for a couple hours and in the end apologized for not completing the job and charged me exactly $0.00usd.

WOW! I wasn’t expecting that, and it was my first time going there for anything and so far all I can say is good about them. On top of that they had me schedule my appointment for a specific date so that a certain technician there with 30+ years on the job as a Jaguar only tech could perform the alignment, as he would have the most knowledgeable advantage of a car of mines era, as they don’t see them in as much anymore.

although my alignment is not completely done yet, I am still very pleased with the customer service I got, and would recommend them.

 

Oh yeah! And on the way back to western mass, I get 70k mi and I got a pic of it lol!

 

After a week plus the shop finally got around to my car,,brought it in early fri,,nothing done until next monday,,smallish issues with My XK finally done and 300$ damage to my rear suspension getting it home by them,,be very careful of glowing review from a really half *** shop,,central KY
