97 xk8 - since detailing, no remote access
I just had my 97 xk detailed and now there is no response from the remote key fob. Locks, trunk release, etc work from car, nothing from remote even with new batteries. Any idea where the sensor is located, wet, ??

Don, would your car happen to have a valet mode. That is what it sounds like your car has entered. I don't have great information on how the key fob interacts with the car, so, I wish I could give you more info.
