Awhile back I took off the headlight washer covers onmy 97 xk8. Now they will not go back on in a fashion that I feel safe they won't come off after one good bump in the road. As far as I can tell nothing it missing on the back of the cover and the front of the arm that pops out to squirt. IT does go on, the side rubber nipple things do fit in the guids they sit in when the arm/cover is retracted BUT that glass cover is not firmly on. It does not snap in place, it just kinda goes on but is not on real tight. I know when I took them off it took some pulling to get them off, now they go onreal easy and frankly with little effort they fall right back out into my hands.
I know I have posted about this in the past but the car looks DUMB with them not on. Not seeing any on EBAY and I am sure the dealer is not ganna help me.
