Question About CTSC

I having been trying to order tramsmission items for my 2000 XK8 from CTSC. I was able to order the new improved main pressure valve by using their on line system. I wanted to order the filter and talk to them. The filter is not listed on line and there is no phone number on their web site. Has anyone else been able to contact them by phone and/or order parts for our ZF 5HP24 trans?

Thanks Guys

Yes, Klaus is usually very responsive via email. Highly recommended, and very helpful.

Agreed. E-mail is your best bet. For whatever reason, it is extremely difficult to get Klaus on the phone. I've only managed to speak with him one time in the two or three years I've been aware of his products and services....

Rockauto has a great price on the filter, includes gasket.
While ordering the valve get a set of new torx heads for the transmission. They have a larger head and hold up better. I damaged a couple of mine the first time I took the pan off and used hex head to replace them, but I will order a set from ctsc next time I change the filter.

Thanks RJ. Got an email answer from CTSC and the valves were back ordered. I asked about the fasteners but haven't got a response yet. I will order the filter from Rock Auto as you recommended and wait for CTSC to get the valve. Is CTSC the place where you got the fasteners?

Thanks, you are always a help.

No, I didn't order them yet, but I saw them on the parts page for the 5HP24, and at that time they mentioned that they were larger head.

Oil Pan Screw 5HP19 and 5HP24
