Default ABS Module Configure?

Had to replace the ABS module, now need to have it configured, replacement came out of a 2001 XJ8.

Does anyone know exactly what data is loaded into the module?

If your INST PK display says 'WRONG PART FITTED' or 'INCORRECT PART FITTED', then you need to have it configured to your car.

All 2001 to 2003 XJ and 2001-2002 XK use the JLM21323 6 pipe (9 valve) modules with BLUE solenoids.

The module does not need to be programmed (no data changed) but it might need to be configured to YOUR CAR. It is on the CAN bus and the network might not recognize the module until it is configured to the network. (everyone needs to 'shake-hands')

Why do you think you need to have it configured?

After installation I had, Incorrect Part Fitted, No Trac, No ASC, CEL, ABS, Brake, Low Brake Fluid and No Speedometer. Also, P1636 & P1637

Just got back from my local Jag Dealer (Flashed the module) and now all is well with the cat.
