I need front and rear brake pads and rotors for my XK8.

I have prices for rear rotors above $300 each.

Can decent used parts be bought? Where?

Does anyone have experience with doing this and whether, in the end, it is better to stick with new?

I got rotors from RockAuto,com. I didn't get the cheapest nor most expensive, I do not remember brand, but one of the things I like about the ones I got is they are painted or coated on the non-wear areas and do not get rusty looking!
I do not see why they do not all come this way, especially the high-cost ones.
