After taking my 1999 xk8 out of hibernation it welcomed me with airbag warning light (steady, not flashing). Also, a passenger window goes down an inch when the door is open, but does not return up when the door is closed. (My scanner does not check the restrain devices). Any advice? Thanks.

 

I would hook up a charger and make sure battery is fully charged.

Reset windows, hopefully it will fix window drop. If not: does dash say passenger door open? If yes = bad door switch, car thinks door not shut.

Does puddle light light when that door is open? If no, bad switch but car thinks door is shut.

Hope its jus the common simple window reset needed.
