Default Alarm beeping before locking plus doing other crazy stuff

So i got the remote and what i believe is the Jaguar Security System. That means i have the remote and everytime i put the car in Drive, the doors lock.

The other day i dropped somebody at the traffic light, while in D (doors locked). So he pulled his door handle and got out. So the whole thing got tangled and stopped working properly. First, when trying to lock the doors with the remote, the locks tried opening and closing several times. Then the alarm went off. I ended up locking them manually from the interior or with the key.

After fiddling with the key, the remote, the locks i seem to have kind of fixed it. Only thing now is that when i lock the car with the remote the alarm beeps around 10 times than the car locks. And when i pull the passenger outer door handle the window drops a bit and goes up when i release the handle. This car is alive. Any idea of how this more-complex-than-SIRI system works?

Thank you

I'd be wary of attributing the problem to your passenger getting out of the car, unless the system actually indicated a fault as the door handle was opened.

Your passenger door window dropping and then going back up when the handle is released is a clasic symptom of the door lock micro switch failure. See here starting at post#6

It would be most helpful if you put the make and model of the car in your signature to helps us know what vehicle we are dealing with.
Before starting to delve into the doors I would do a Hard Reset to clear the memories and the start from there. The modules sometime get confused by the things we do. You will have to reset the the windows if you have a convertible and the seat memories.

Hard Reset is to remove the negative cable from the battery and hold it against the positive cable for a minute and the reinstall it to the battery.
