Ok I have a couple of questions about the buttons/settings on the Alpine radio in my Jaguar. I have no book for the radio.

What is:
* POS setting (F=R, F=L or ALL are settings)??
* CTA button?
* PT button?
* MR button?

and finally how can I get the station frequency back on the display? I get it for a split second and then the radio information is is displayed, like "Best of the 90's" etc

We have this link in our FAQ thread for the XK8s/Rs, its a place to download all manuals for the car. May not be as pretty when printed, but hey..you'll have something to reference.
