Am I Being Warned?
I am hearing kind of a spinning metal on metal sound coming from the front of the motor. Not a grinding noise but something like a metal wheel on a spindle that needs lubrication.
My gut says this is the water pump getting ready to die. I've got no leaks or any other indication of anything wrong.
Looking for opinions and possible ways to better diagnose this from all you forum experts.
BTW, this is a NA XK8, MY 99.

OK - got me. Just saw a similar thread a little further down. Going to read that now.
