Defroster duct? If so, try rolling in a few inches of 3/8 in vacuum line between the duct and windshield.

If it's the defroster duct that's rattling, there's enough space between the duct and the windshield to roll a short length of vacuum line (small rubber hose) into the gap and stop the duct from rattling. Anywhere from 3/8 to 5/8 in size (depending on the size of the gap), it comes in black, so if you have other than the charcol interior you may want to dye it a matching color. If they're really loose, or you want a more uniform look, you can roll in a length as long as the duct.
