Smile Antenna removal

Hello Folks;
I'm going to tackle my antenna removal, but I need a block of instruction on how to get the antenna (I'm replacing the mast, but have to pull the assembly to get the broken cord out) assembly out from behind the top hydralics, and cd changer. I searched the archives but found little to help me along. It was mentioned that the JTIS cd had the instructions. I haven't been able to access my JTIS because it doesn't seem to be compatible with my "Windows 7". Would someone please take mercy on an old retired Locomotive Engineer and charge my "Brain Housing Group" with a little advice?
Thanks Folks
Freddy th' Hogger (Hog Head for you RR Buffs...)
