Auto trans fluid level
Got a 99 XK8. I'm being told that the auto trans is sealed and does not have a dipstick to check or fill fluid.
The trans is starting to slip when cold. Drives fine when warm.
Is there a way to add fluid to the trans?

The transmission fluid should be changed as in other vehicles but the process is quite involved. Go to http://forums.roadfly.com/forums/jaguar/jaguar_xk8/
and search their posts for the variables of transmission fluid, replacement, changing, etc., which are numerous and you should find all the particulars.
