Just to tell you guys of my experience with them.
I ordered, online, a rear window regulator for Kate, around 12 noon CST on Dec. 1
I paid an extra 40 dollars for express delivery. My assumption is that I would receive the part by latest Wednesday.
The online tracking they have is useless and still does not reflect the part being shipped.
I called the customer service rep yesterday and she tells me that the part they originally sent (?) was broken (?) and they had to get another part and it shipped yesterday.
I tracked the the UPS number to find they sent it ground and I wont be getting the part until next Tuesday, December 11th.
When I called today the only thing the very snotty cust rep said is, they will refund the express charge.
I will not order from these guys again.
