Our July/August days can climb over 100 degrees outside and approach 140 degrees inside a car sitting in the sun all day. Absolutely no smell from my wife's Lloyd Ultimats, ever. Sounds as if you got a defective set....

It's looking more and more like you just flat-out fell for a scam....
I've actually talked to people who actually received what they ordered and it wasn't a scam, they were decent products. It just appears they're very disorganized and not necessarily as communicative as they should have been. I've bought stuff from kickstarter and this type of situation does definitely occur there. It's crowd sourced venture capital. Generally very established businesses with good options for traditional sales and finance don't use that site.

Crap. I need to find a deal like that eventually. I know tons of Corvette guys who love them. (Former Corvette owner here who still associates with a Corvette club)

It's taken a while to get an answer but forum owner Internet Brands confirmed today that AutoPreme cancelled their sponsorship at the end of June. Their forum name now reflects this and has been changed to 'Former Sponsor'.

I hope you got your credit confirmed from Citibank.
